Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional service interest, optional district notes, and message content. Server logs may record IP address and basic browser data for security. Cookie data is described in our cookie notice.

Purposes

We use enquiry data to respond to your request, prepare estimates, deliver commissioned sector scans and related work, and maintain professional records required for accounting and dispute handling.

Retention

Enquiry messages without a resulting engagement are typically retained up to 24 months. Contract and invoicing records are retained for the period required under Vietnamese accounting and tax rules. You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier where no legal retention duty applies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with email or hosting providers that process data on our instructions, or when required by law. Field photographs taken for a client engagement are handled under that engagement’s confidentiality terms.

International transfers
