Intellectual property

Site content, including text and original photographs commissioned for this site, belongs to Oakfield Sector Compass Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Deliverables from a paid engagement are licensed for your internal business use as stated in the engagement letter. You may not republish our field packs as your own market reports.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false contact details for deceptive purposes.

Liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction.
